How often are suppliers catalogues updated?

The scan frequency is different for each supplier and it is determined by how frequently that supplier updates its catalogue. You can find the scan dates for each supplier logging into your Actorio account and going to “My Suppliers”

Can I request new suppliers?

Yes, you can submit a request to add new suppliers to suppliers@actorio.com and we will upload their catalogues into Actorio for you.

Can I request exclusive suppliers?

All Actorio customers subscribed to the ENTERPRISE plan, have exclusive access to the catalogues of new suppliers they request.
