Actorio Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the Actorio Affiliate Program.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with affiliates who create genuine value for Amazon sellers. These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both our affiliates and the integrity of the Actorio brand.
By applying to or participating in the Actorio Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Affiliate Approval
Joining the Actorio Affiliate Program is not automatic.
All affiliate applications, referrals, conversions, and commissions are subject to manual review and approval. Actorio reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application or commission in its reasonable discretion.
Acceptance into the program does not guarantee approval of future commissions.
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
Before any commission can be paid, affiliates must successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
To complete your application, please provide:
- Your primary promotion channel.
- Links to your website, social media profiles, YouTube channel, social groups, or other promotional platforms.
- Your country of residence.
- Your phone number or WhatsApp number.
- The email address associated with your Wise account (for affiliate payouts).

No commissions will be paid until KYC verification has been successfully completed.
3. Traffic Sources
Affiliates must accurately disclose how they intend to promote Actorio.
Actorio may request additional information or documentation relating to your promotional methods, advertising campaigns, websites, social media accounts, or traffic sources at any time.
Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in rejection of commissions or termination of your affiliate account.
Traffic generated through deceptive, misleading, undisclosed, fraudulent, or prohibited methods is not permitted.
4. Display Advertising
If you use display advertising, traffic must follow this flow:
Display Advertisement → Your Landing Page → Actorio
Direct linking from display advertisements to any Actorio website or landing page is prohibited.
5. Paid Search Advertising
Paid search advertising is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Actorio.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Bing Ads
- Yahoo Search Ads
- Any other paid search platform
Affiliates may not bid on:
- Actorio
- actorio.com
- Any Actorio trademark
- Brand name variations
- Common misspellings
- Our domain names
- Any keyword likely to cause confusion with the Actorio brand
- Search terms such as “Actorio discount”, “Actorio coupon”, “Actorio promo code”, or similar branded searches
Affiliates may not:
- Use Actorio trademarks in paid search advertisements.
- Use Actorio trademarks in advertisement headlines or descriptions.
- Use domains or display URLs likely to confuse users into believing they are operated by Actorio.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
6. Landing Page Requirements
Your landing page must:
- Clearly explain what Actorio does.
- Contain original, high-quality content such as a review, comparison, tutorial, case study, or buying guide.
- Include meaningful commentary or analysis.
- Contain a visible outbound link to Actorio using your approved affiliate link.
- Be publicly accessible without requiring login, payment, or mandatory registration.
Your landing page must not:
- Be a redirect page or bridge page whose primary purpose is simply to pass visitors to Actorio.
- Contain thin, duplicate, scraped, or automatically generated content that provides little original value.
- Exist solely for SEO purposes without providing useful information to visitors.
Pages consisting primarily of AI-generated content without substantial original analysis, testing, commentary, or user value may be rejected.
Actorio reserves the right, acting reasonably, to reject any website or landing page that does not provide sufficient value or does not comply with these Terms.
7. Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following promotional methods are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing:
- Cookie stuffing.
- Forced clicks.
- Automatic redirects.
- Hidden iframes or invisible affiliate links.
- Spam email or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Misleading advertisements.
- Traffic exchanges.
- Paid-to-click programs.
- Cashback or incentive traffic.
- Self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate affiliate commissions.
- Any fraudulent or deceptive promotional method.
8. Commission Approval
A recorded click, referral, conversion, sale, or estimated commission does not constitute approval of a commission or create an entitlement to payment.
All commissions remain subject to:
- Manual compliance review.
- Verification of promotional methods.
- Verification of traffic sources.
- Compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Successful completion of KYC verification.
Actorio may withhold, reject, reverse, or cancel any unpaid commission where these requirements have not been satisfied.
9. Interpretation of Dashboard Statistics
The affiliate dashboard is provided for reporting purposes only.
Clicks, referrals, conversions, sales, estimated commissions, and all other statistics displayed in the dashboard are provisional.
These statistics are intended solely to help affiliates monitor performance and do not represent:
- Acceptance into the affiliate program.
- Approval of a commission.
- An obligation by Actorio to pay a commission.
- A waiver of any compliance review.
Commissions become payable only after Actorio has expressly approved the commission following successful completion of all program requirements.
10. Compliance Reviews
Actorio may review any affiliate account or commission before payment.
Approval of one commission does not guarantee approval of future commissions.
Actorio may request additional documentation at any time to verify compliance with these Terms.
11. Right to Reject or Remove Affiliates
Actorio reserves the right, acting reasonably, to reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account where:
- The affiliate violates these Terms & Conditions.
- The affiliate fails to complete KYC verification.
- The affiliate provides false or misleading information.
- The affiliate uses prohibited promotional methods.
- The affiliate fails to provide requested compliance information.
- Continued participation is not in the best interests of maintaining a fair, lawful, and compliant affiliate program.
12. Legal Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising, consumer protection, privacy, tax, and disclosure requirements.
Where required by applicable law, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive a commission from qualifying purchases or subscriptions.
13. Final Decision
Participation in the Actorio Affiliate Program does not create an entitlement to commissions.
Commissions become payable only after Actorio confirms that all program requirements have been satisfied.
All decisions relating to affiliate acceptance, compliance reviews, commission approval, and payments are final.
